Yesterday was my first time to try this place. I was passing by and saw the guy out in the crazy cold and wind with a sign. I made a U-turn and picked up a Carmelicious and a Blueberry Muffin.... So glad I did. Both were soooo good! In fact I like the drink much more than the competitor. And the cashier was so sweet and pleasant (wished I would have got her name).

Love this scooters. I frequent almost ever day, usually mornings but occasionally the evenings as well. Every employee who has greeted me has always been so kind and cheerful. There's been 1 occasion where my drink was hot instead of iced and they fixed it right there after apologizing ((which it was probably my fault anyway I probably forget to say iced!!)). I went through today (8/1) and they were out of their oat milk. Sad? Yes. But it's out of their control! They were very nice to me since I made an online order and gave me a gift card for the slight upcharge of the oatmilk. Which again, they totally didn't have to do but did out of the kindness of their hearts. They have recognized me as a regular, which is always a plus but "regular" or not I do believe they would be just as nice and genuine to me still. It's obvious the crew here is doing a good job, they work in a timely manner and are as friendly as ever!!!!

Oh my freaking odin this was my first time coming to scooters & the first thing I want to say is the drive through girl this morning was so helpful & patient with me in figuring out my order which BTW the peanut butter cup blenders was Then I get my order & as a motorcycle rider I put in my holder & went work. Wasn't melted which was awesome loved that even in this heat it kept ice all the way to work! Is absolutely my new goto place!

Very polite and always a pleasure to chat with the employees. The drinks are delicious, and the food hits the spot when you're in a rush. My dog loves getting spoiled by their pup cups when I bring her along as well.

First time @ scooters - ordered an extra shot (hot) latte and it was very good. Service was good too - friendly and cheerful. A pleasant surprise for this roast-your-own coffee obsessive like me.
